IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UPCOMING EVENTS
The beginning of the school year is right around the corner. Our teachers have been working very hard to make sure your children have everything they need and we are ready to get this year started. Below you will find a schedule of events to keep of what will be happening.
GET CONNECTED:
Friday, August 14th: This is the day that parents will receive an email from their assigned homeroom teacher. Communication will be via email until everyone is connected to the Class Dojo App. If you have not heard from your teacher by Friday at 4 PM, please contact the school at (954) 362-8268 on Monday.
DRIVE THROUGH (materials pick up):
Monday, August 17th: This year we will loan our text/work books to our students to start the Remote Learning period. Parents will need to complete the form linked below prior to the Drive Through date to receive the books. Please make sure you have your confirmation email ready (on screen or printed) before arriving, this email is required.

Fill out the form and submit it. You should receive a confirmation email that you will have to show to the school on the day of the drive through.
Here is the schedule for the Drive Through day:
Kindergarten and 3rd Grade: 8:30 to 9:30 AM
1st and 2nd Grade: 10:00 to 11:00 AM
4th, 5th and 6th Grade: 11:30 to 12:30 PM
You can send anyone to come to pick up the materials as long as they have a copy of the confirmation email.
If you have students in different grades you will have to choose a time and let the school know in advance so we can prepare your packets and have them together. Otherwise you might have to do the drive through more than once.
MEET AND GREET:
Tuesday, August 18th: You will receive instructions for your Meet and Greet Zoom Meeting with your teacher. That meeting will be one hour long and every grade has a different time assigned.
1st DAY OF SCHOOL:
Wednesday, August 19th: Students are to be ready for school by 7:50 AM. Please wake up early have your kids have breakfast before school. Uniforms are mandatory and supplies as well.
